I purchased your anti virus software on 9/5/08, when I try to activate on computer that has virus it not letting me download it. Can you mail me cd with the software and instructions.

Joseph, we are not the publishers of this software. This is a rogue “fake” anti-malware solution. These campaigns are funded by criminals who entice users to download and purchase their software which does not actually scan, detect, or clean malware. I would advise calling your bank immediately and notify them you have purchased from a fraudulent source.
