They got me yesterday 10/9/08 Charged $42.90 from my credit card, now I cannot access internet explorer to get into my emails on my desktop, cannot get them on their website, I cannot restore my system and I keep getting the warning on my comp about “you have a security problem”.

My latest statement from my credit card company made on 9/30/08 shows a $92.90 charge nade on 9/30/08. It did not solve the problem and I had to call Dell and they fixed the pc so it would function properly again. Mastercard wants to hear from you so that the charge will be removed from my statement. Let me hear fromn you soon. Thank you
